Andrew Humphrey's hotel opening was yesterday and it was a huge event impossible to miss.

Empire Hotel had been under construction for over a year now, and the construction of it only raised more questions, as there was no sight of the Humphrey Hotels & Resorts logo.

However, the mystery and waiting came to an end when Matthew Humphrey made a statement in late December clearing up rumors that he had sold his new construction over to Chris Nassetta, Hilton Hotels & Resorts current president and CEO and alleged rival of H.H.R. He announced that the construction did not possess the company's logo because he, in fact, had sold the construction but not to Nassetta. No further information was given.

On March 21, Andrew Humphrey proudly announced that he was "thrilled and proud to be the official owner of Empire Hotel". He also revealed the date of the grand opening of his first hotel, stating he was "beyond excited to finally possess [his] very own hotel and take [his]  first step into the business world".

Many contractors were seen at the grand opening, including Hilton Hotels & Resorts director Rob Palleschi and CEO Nassetta, who was there to fully support the young Humphrey. His apparition to the event cleared up rumors about a rivalry between Matthew Humphrey and Chris Nassetta.

Other guests such as Marriott International, Inc.'s CEO Arne Sorenson and Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Mark Hoplamazian were also seen at the opening of Empire Hotel congratulating Andrew.

The hotel had already been talked about all around the country, many fans showing their support for the young businessman, only aged 22. Although no rooms were available for use because of the party, a source has told People "that all rooms were already booked for an entire month, and even more".

Andrew Humphrey has not yet graduated from Columbia University, but thanks to his father, has been able to already make his own income.

Also at the event was girlfriend Khloe Lindemann, 21, accompanying and supporting her beau at the event. Last January, rumors sparked that Andrew had asked Khloe to marry him, but it has yet to be confirmed. There was no sign of an engagement ring on Lindemann's left hand, so fans have been sharing their disappointment. However, Andrew might have hinted to a possibility of having already asked Khloe's hand.

As known, the couple has always been pretty quiet about their relationship. It has yet to be known how these two met, and how they've done it to date for more than 5 years without ever having a major break up like many other celebrities, such as singers Selena Gomez and The Weeknd.

The engagement has yet to be confirmed, but we are sure that these two are meant to last forever. OTP.
